Please read the following important information relating to your order
- Upon successful payment of your order we will purchase the goods within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Unless paid via bank transfer there is no need for you to confirm payment made via online link.
- Please note we do not send out purchase confirmation as this is always done within 48 hours.
- We are unable to provide individual order tracking as our service is non-tracked service. You can find out the delivery lead times from the retailer and add approximately 2 weeks for the goods to arrive in Gibraltar.
- We cannot guarantee delivery dates as deliveries are dependent on the suppliers lead times and successful delivery in UK.
- We will inform you of any important order updates if such information is sent to us by the retailer, such as delays or stock issues.
- Once goods arrive in Gibraltar and complete customs formalities you will receive notification via email address you provided to us to inform when goods can be collected. Home delivery quote can be provided upon request.
- Upon arrival of goods at our Gibraltar warehouse and notification, goods must be collected within 5 working days. There will be a storage fee levied on uncollected goods after the first 5 working days. The fee for storage is 15 GPB per part or full week.
- Please note that not all your goods may arrive at the same time. At times retailers dispatch goods at different dates.
